Dr. Abhinav Chakraborty is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, India. He completed his PhD from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. Earlier he did his MTech in Computer Science and Data Processing from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur prior to which he did his M.Sc. in Mathematics from Jadavpur university. His research areas include Swarm Robotics, Distributed Algorithms for Multi Robots Coordination, Theoretical Computer Science, Distributed Network Algorithms, Graph Theory and Graph Algorithms in which he has published several research papers in peer reviewed journals.
Pranvesh Mukherjee. MSc (Stat) has been a Visiting Faculty in the Department of Mathematics under Basic Engineering Science at Netaji Subhash Engineering College, Garia, Kolkata, India. He has published articles in a peer reviewed journal of science education and is a co-inventor in one patent.
Dr. Soubhik Chakraborty, primarily a statistician, is a Professor and Formerly Head, Department of Mathematics at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, India. He has published over 100 research papers, more than 20 books including research monographs and 2 patents apart from guiding 15 research scholars leading to PhD in several areas of Applied Statistics. He has been a Vising Scientist at Indian Statistical Institute twice (July 2002 at Bangalore Centre and June 2004 at Kolkata Centre, the latter under INSA Fellowship). He is an acknowledged reviewer of ACM, IEEE and AMS. He has received several awards in both teaching and research. He is a life member of Indian Statistical institute.
