Dr. Rachna Jain is presently working as an Associate Professor at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies, Delhi. In 2014, she was awarded a doctorate in finance from the University of Delhi. She possesses a rich academic experience of over 17 years. She has authored two books titled “Research Methodology” and “Team Building” as well as co-edited two books titled “Changing Dimensions of Law, Media, and Management” & “Innovative Perspectives in Management, Commerce and Law: Strategies for a Globalized World”. Besides academics, she has published more than 25 research papers in national and international journals. Her area of interest includes financial markets, mentoring, and behavioural studies. She is a resource person in faculty development programmes and student training programmes. She also holds a certification in Data Analytics and Marketing Research and Analysis.
