Dr. Ashok Sengupta is an accomplished academician and researcher with over two decades of professional experience in management education, consultancy, and corporate practice. He is currently serving as Assistant Professor at the School of Management Sciences, Lucknow (NAAC A+, Accredited) where he also coordinates the MBA program and contributes actively to training, placement, research, and accreditation activities. Dr. Sen Gupta holds a Ph.D., along with postgraduate degrees in Commerce, Economics, Business Management, and has guided numerous MBA and PGDM research projects. His professional journey includes leadership roles in academia as well as corporate assignments with Bajaj Allianz, JK Cement Ltd., ICICI Home Loans, and Ashok Leyland Finance, enriching his teaching with practical insights. A prolific author and editor, he has published extensively in UGC Care, Scopus, ABDC, and international journals, in addition to authoring and editing several books on investment, project management, emerging technologies, and sustainable business practices. He has been honored with prestigious awards, including the “International Award for Professors with Excellence in Teaching in Higher Education” at the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, and multiple accolades for teaching excellence. His research interests span sustainable finance, entrepreneurship, economic development, and the integration of technology in business and education. Dr. Sengupta continues to contribute to the academic and professional community as an editor, reviewer, conference speaker, and member of several scholarly associations.

 

Dr. Neerja Dixit is Associate professor at the School of Management Sciences, Lucknow having 19 years of experiences included corporate and academics. Dr. Neerja has done her graduation in commerce from University of Lucknow, Post-Graduation in Commerce form Kanpur University and MBA(Finance & HR) form Dr. A P J  Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow.

She has published more than 15 publications in Scopus, ABDC and other indexed journals also in books and books chapters. Along with research she having other responsible is in accreditation by various bodes like NBA, NAAV. Her interest areas are Financial Management, International Finance, Auditing etc.
